Hamilton Innovations’ team is comprised of one Doctorally prepared Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) and one Information Systems Management/Program manager who are accessible, responsive, and committed to helping clients improve processes and outcomes through attainment of streamlined workflow processes. We have the unique combination of knowledge and experience regarding both patient care and business processes.
Our lead performance improvement professional brings 11 years military experience, along with expertise in obtaining HEDIS measures, policy writing and process improvement. Our robust project team consists of web developers, digital media specialist, web designers, and marketing specialist, human resource specialist, information technology experts, and networking engineers.
