The Young Smiles Dentist office specializes in comprehensive dental care for children. Although the dental practice had an existing website it had an outdated website design and lacked modern web functionality. HI Consulting and its partner Thrive Digitally provided Young Smiles with an eye catching website that attracts new patients and guides all patients to important and relevant resources like online patient forms and appointment schedules.

Often times, patients just need a little more information to help them understand healthcare goals and plan for the years to come. Hamilton Innovations work in synch with a team of designers to develop websites, custom brochures, and pamphlets. We take our customers strengths and capture with words. This trifold was designed to be an all inclusive guide to assist patients in knowing what to expect after age 65. The brochure contains information on vaccine requirements, details on different screening criteria, how to conduct a home fall risk assessment, information on obtaining a living will, and information about local networks to help the aging senior.

RAPID PCMH TRANSFORMATION

Our team worked with a practice that was having difficulty scheduling patients for follow up care, and scheduling in-office processes by developing a patient check plan. Within days, communication was improved between the care team and the patients.
